I work with all sorts of issues, such as stress, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, self-esteem, grief and loss. However, if I feel I am not able to offer you the right support, I will endeavour to signpost you to another therapist or service.
Do you work with children and young people?
No, I currently only work with adults (aged 18 and over).
How long are sessions?
Online and phone sessions are usually 50 minutes long, although I can offer shorter/longer sessions if required. Outdoor sessions are either 50 minutes (approximately), or 90 minutes, depending on what you have chosen.
How much do sessions cost?
The standard session cost is £60 for 50 minutes, or £85 for 90 minutes, however a limited number of concessionary places are available if you are unable to commit to this cost and for trainee students- please contact me to discuss. PLEASE NOTE: CURRENTLY NO CONCESSIONARY AVAILABILITY
When are you available?
Working remotely means I am able to offer flexible appointment times to suit you. I have times available throughout the day and early evening on weekdays (except Tuesdays). Outdoor sessions are available during daylight hours, with evening sessions sometimes available throughout the Summer.
I’m interested - how can I book a session?
Drop me an email or give me a call and we can discuss what kind of therapy you'd like, what issues you're experiencing and availability. Then if you'd like an initial (assessment) session, I will let you know my availability. You'll also be emailed the contract to sign and payment details.
What does the initial (assessment) session involve?
This first session is about getting to know each other and deciding if we feel compatible. This may take more than one session, which is absolutely fine. We will discuss in more detail what it is you are seeking support with, and you will have a chance to ask me questions about how I work. We will look through the contract together, and establish how we will work together effectively.
Do you offer a free consultation?
I offer a free 10-15 minute phone call/ Zoom call to help you decide whether I might be able to help. Just get in touch and this can be arranged.
