Online counselling and phone counselling are convenient options for modern living, giving you more opportunity to fit your sessions around your schedule. If you choose to have your sessions online via a video call, this will be on Zoom, a secure and reliable platform which is easy to use. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will be emailed a link to join the session. With phone counselling, I will call you at the agreed appointment time.
With both of these types of counselling, the session takes place in the comfort and familiarity of your home or chosen private space.
I am trained to deliver counselling online and by phone, and am experienced in both. You may be surprised at the depth of therapeutic relationship that can be built when working in these ways!
£50 for a 50 minute session
Art can be a powerful way to access and express deep emotions which are difficult to put into words. You do not need to be artistic or have any experience of art at all to work creatively. I will guide you with ideas and suggestions, and it is important to remember there is no right or wrong- the emphasis is on the process, not a finished article.
Creative counselling sessions take place over Zoom, and involve using art materials, images, symbols and objects to explore issues. I usually suggest introducing this after a few sessions to give time for themes to emerge, which you might like to explore in more depth by working creatively.
